Tiny house A-Frame cabin on 1.5 acres in Coconino National Forest. Dog friendly and has on-site trail access. Featured in American Eagle Outfitters worldwide holiday campaign. AC. Epic stargazing. 10 minutes to historic downtown, Route 66, and Lowell Observatory.15 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater, Wupatki National Parks, NAU, and Twin Arrows Casino. 30 minutes to Meteor Crater, Oak Creek, and Sedona. 90 minutes to GRAND CANYON National Park, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Petrified Forest National Park. 2.5 hrs to Monument Valley. Our listing "Tiny Mountain View Sauna Cabin" with a full sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom next door is also available if you need more space.

Guest Access:

Exclusive use of the A-Frame cabin. Outside - 3 mountain bikes, BBQ grill, and horseshoes pitch and stairway access through the National Forest boundary. Inside - 1 full size memory foam bed in the bedroom, 2 double high self inflating single airbeds in the loft. Star binoculars, lantern, cooler, and firewood. Condiments and spices are stocked. Help yourself to anything in the refrigerator and freezer.

The Neighborhood:

A very quiet secluded country setting with great views of the mountains and in the midst of the world's largest Ponderosa Pine forest

Other Things to Note:

NO CABLE or INTERNET (WiFi). The cabin does have cellular and 5G data reception, 32' LED HDTV with local channels, Blu-ray DVD player, Bluetooth alarm clock radio, board games, books, and local travel magazines.

We use a professional cleaning service to prepare the cabin prior to your arrival implementing CDC enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols. We are committed to a Living Wage Pledge and a portion of your homestay fee helps support Flagstaff Family Food Center, Food Bank and Kitchen as well as the Open Homes program.

Cabin Rules:

House trained dogs are welcome but no cats due to allergies and not on beds or furniture. Please pickup after your dogs outside and deposit in the outside trash container. Staircase does not have a safety railing, see photos. Please make sure people, children and dogs are supervised and very careful on it. The cabin is located within a National Park so wildlife is abundant particularly Elk, Coyotes, Jackrabbits, other dogs etc. Please leash your dog at all times when outside. The neighborhood is very quiet so please enter and exit the area respectfully and try to keep dust down while driving. Quiet time between 9pm and 7am and to keep the peace with our neighbors and maintain the tranquil environment no loud music, parties or events. No smoking indoors. If smoking outdoors please discard in sealed container only. Since this cabin is completely surrounded by the national forest due to drought conditions the following is in effect: No BBQ use from April to September. Campfires and fireworks are prohibited year round. October through March also observe these rules during Red Flag Warnings (signs posted on the main roads)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mahesh (the owner) a message.

If Mahesh (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
