**A very romantic, laid back 2 bedroom Stone Villa designed to maximize the spectacular views, while pampering your every personal whim! The massive living/dining room with high ceilings is complimented by huge mullioned windows that overlook the ever-changing Pacific Ocean. Featuring a very spacious covered terrace with gorgeous Pacific Ocean views! A great spot for spectacular sunset viewing, whale watching, dining al fresco or just relaxing! Easy access to our 2 beautiful tropical swimming pools.

The very spacious master bedroom with King-sized bed affords a delightful and romantic Romeo and Juliet balcony with stunning Flamingo marina views. There is a large bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom

The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet’s delight. Loads of counter space and storage! The living/dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and offers huge open spaces plus walkouts to the enormous covered terrace which overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Truly romantic and breathtaking!

The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level of this Villa and is accessed via a winding stone staircase leading off the covered terrace – thereby assuring privacy, yet convenience. The second bedroom has either a King-sized bed or 2 long single beds, offers a bar fridge and coffeemaker and has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a small terrace adjacent to the entry The perfect place for quiet contemplation of the surrounding tropical gardens and nature.

**Prices are based on occupancy of 2 persons per bedroom. Additional beds can be arranged for with Management. Each additional bed costs $20 per each night.

Personal laundry service is also available for a small charge.

Accommodations feature high ceilings clad in rich tropical woods, complemented with regional art & ceramics throughout. Walls of glass and wrap-around terraces allow breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean, hills, and valleys, uniting you with Nature at your doorstep. Many varieties of birds and animals, including hummingbirds, parrots, butterflies, iguanas, monkeys, mapaches, even ocelots and other wild cats, coatimundi, armadillos and anteaters inhabit the surrounding hills and valleys of our private preserve.

Mere minutes from your Villa are supermarkets, shops, hotels, discos, 4 world-class golf courses, casinos, and restaurants to satisfy the most demanding palate. An onsite BBQ is available for grillers. (Bring home your catch, steaks, shrimps, etc.and share with friends and family!).

Adventure activities on land and sea are all within easy reach. Snorkelling, surfing, beaching, birding, sailing, fishing - (onshore and offshore) - can easily be arranged. Land activities include several area zip lines, horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking to a volcano, mud and mineral hot spring baths, biking, river rafting, exploring waterfalls and so much more can be easily arranged for you. We are always here for your comfort and convenience.

WiFi is widely available throughout the property, so keeping in touch should not be a problem.

If the sedentary life appeals, lounge under the palms by our oasis-like two 42 foot pools, and enjoy our beautiful tropical gardens. Do it all - or nothing at all!

Fantastic! Thank you so much for your kind words! This project is a true labor of love for us, and we are always quitly please when our guests respond favorably to it. Just recently we experienced several pods of whales cavorting in the bay just offshore! A great experience and one we always look forward to at this time of the year. Of course, the howler monkeys, mot-mots, parrots, pesotes, racoons, iguanas and other tropical birds and beasts are always here keeping us entertained, too! There are a couple of beachfront restaurants that you will have to sample the next time you are here, too: the Coconut Beach Club, Lola's Sur and Bahia Potrero for starters...Obviously, ten days is not enough time to take it all in, so there are always new and different things to see and experience here! Thanks for telling your friends about us, and please don't worry! We will always have a place here for you. We look forward to your return to our little corner of Paradise: Villas Casa Loma. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Igor (the owner) a message.

If Igor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
