The very spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed also affords a delightful and romantic Romeo and Juliet balcony with stunning Flamingo marina views. There is a large bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom. Large windows on 3 sides give onto spectacular Pacific views while allowing excellent cross ventilation. There is a double futon in the living room for extra guests. Paddle fans are placed both inside and outside for extra comfort.

The enormous, high-ceilinged living/dining/kitchen offers huge windows on three sides. The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet delight. Loads of space and storage! Great for walking, running, swimming and surfing - not to mention fishing offshore or from the beaches, Our large nature preserve is another great spot to wander through in search of a wide variety of animals and birds who live here. We take a certain quiet pride in the design of our unique accommodations as well as our tropical gardens which are open to all. Relax by one of the pools or on your own private covered terrace. We are missing you! We could not have hoped for nicer, friendlier guests!! Thank you for your visit and your kind words at the end of it! It has been an unusual "season" for us this year...We saw more wildlife here on our property than usual and the gentle breezes seem to have brought an abundance of tropical birds to our sanctuary. Fewer whales, but more dolphins. We are looking forward to the opportunity to get out and about a bit more now that the season is winding down a bit... (We have a laundry list of new restaurants in the area that we are determined to sample, too.) Close proximity to a variety of wonderful beaches, supermarkets, shops, greengrocers, spectacular restaurants and seemingly endless land and water activities make choosing Villas Casa Loma a "natural". Our two large pools are never crowded. Our gardens are tranquil and palm-studded. Our Villas and Suites are designed to take full advantage of nature and spectacular vistas - including great sunsets! You discovered the Costa Rica Sailing Club nearby, which you made good use of, along with culinary explorations to a great variety of interesting and delicious restaurants. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Igor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
