Une villa privée de 180 m2 pour 8 personnes dans un magnifique complexe sécurisé (24/7) et privatif à FLIC en FLAC, 2ème station balnéaire de l'île.

Profitez de la terrasse, du jardin privatif et de la piscine de la résidence.

REZ DE CHAUSSEE

- Un salon moderne et accueillant vous invitera au voyage à travers ses meubles contemporains et zen.

- Une cuisine équipée : Pratique et fonctionnelle, donnant aussi sur le jardin, vous facilitera les repas en extérieur.

- Une chambre avec lit double (climatisée).

- Salle d'eau avec lavabo, douche et wc

1er ETAGE

- 3 chambres doubles climatisées dont une suite parentale très spacieuse qui dispose de sa salle d'eau (lavabo, douche et WC).

- Salle de bain : Une grande douche à l'italienne et wc.

- La grande terrasse avec son salon cosy vous permettra une détente totale en fin de soirée.

- Le nombre maximum d'occupants inclus les enfants (y compris les enfants de moins de 2 ans)

- Seules les chambres sont climatisées.

- Piscine non surveillée : les enfants sont sous votre seule responsabilité.

- Logement non fumeur. Il est possible de fumer à l’extérieur (jardin, terrasses...)

- Vos effets personnels sont sous votre seule responsabilité. Nous ne saurions être tenus responsables en cas de vol et/ou dégradation.

- Papier toilette, savons, sacs poubelles et lessive non fournis. Vous pourrez en acheter au supermarché à côté de la maison.

- Merci de vous assurer de disposer de votre propre assurance / responsabilité civile / rapatriement... en cas de problèmes de santé sur place ou de dégâts causés au logement. Vous ne serez pas couverts ou remboursés par notre assurance.

- Nous ne disposons pas de consignes à bagages > pas de dépôt de bagages possible.

- Maurice jouit d’un climat tropical. Nos logements sont régulièrement traités contre les nuisibles (lézards, rongeurs, termites, cafards...). Il est toujours possible de croiser cette faune locale durant votre séjour.

L’annulation sans frais ne s'applique pas aux motifs d'empêchement suivant que le locataire pourrait invoquer : plages et/ou restaurants fermés, inquiétude personnelle vis-à-vis du Covid, port du masque obligatoire / recommandé, report / annulation du voyage en avion, refoulement par la douane ou par les autorités sanitaires, obligation de vaccination et/ou test PCR pour entrer à Maurice, isolement si positif au Covid-19, cyclone, etc...

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

If Locationvillamaurice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
