From the owner

You will be residing in front of one of the most famous beaches in Mauritius, Flic en Flac. Your bungalow is quite unique for being one among the rare stand alone ones in front of the beach with complete privacy. Nice and cosy, you will be at walking distance to world famous hotels like La Pirogue, Sugar Beach amongst the 9 hotels and resorts located along the beach and benefit from the luxurious and well maintained beach.

You will have the unique opportunity to benefit from different leisure facilities offered by professional service providers in the vicinity and at incredibly low costs. Your days will be full of fun and quite active but you may also chose to rest quietly at the bungalow when the need is felt. You master your days at your own ease.

Enjoying relaxing moments silently on the white sunny beaches listening at the waves at any time of the day or even enjoy nights at sea are given to only very few lucky ones whom you will be among. Your stay will always seem very short.

Discovering the island itself through car or by bus is quite easy. Taxi / Bus stop are easily reachable at some metres on the coastal road where we are located. Restaurants, Cafes, Discotheques, Bars, Karaoke Bar, Casino, Clubs, Beach Activities, Supermarkets, Shops, Bank, ATM, Money Changer, Internet Cafe, Post office, shopping centre, laundry services, and many shops and boutiques are all at walking distances.

The bungalow itself is equipped with all amenities to facilitate your stay. With a living space of some 150 square metres, it consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, a dining room, 2 bathrooms with washrooms and a patio for organising a little barbecue party.

All the bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air conditioning to render your stay the most comfortable as possible. A sofa bed is available in the lounge for guests having difficulties with stairs or simply willing to stay on the ground floor. A housemaid service can be arranged upon request at very low rates. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge and Satellite dish TV with English and French channels and DVD are offered in an effort to make you feel as at ease as you would be at home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fazil (the owner) a message.

If Fazil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
