La stazione di Santa Maria Novella ed il centro sono raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti (o con bus navetta elettrici con cadenza 10' linee C2 e C3): situato appena fuori dalla ZTL, accanto al nuovo Teatro dell'Opera ed alla Stazione Leopolda. Dalla stazione potete raggiungere facilmente, in treno o in bus, ed in meno di 1 ora tutte le principali città d'arte della Toscana quali SIENA, AREZZO, LUCCA, PISA.

Intero appartamento accesso indipendente. Nelle immediate vicinanze tutti i servizi essenziali (parcheggio, lavanderia, ristoranti, bar pasticceria, supermercato, etc) ed i collegamenti navetta con bus elettrici per il centro. L'appartamento è composto da entrata con stanza lavanderia e living con letto: al piano superiore il salotto con cucina a vista totalmente equipaggiata (fuochi in vetroceramica, bollitore, forno a microonde,…), bagno totalmente in travertino, camera con letto king size nuovo da cui si accede alla doccia con luci led ed allo spogliatoio. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo. TV led e WIfi (gratuito) completano le dotazioni. NEW!! Whole apartment 50 mq, separate entrance at ground floor, ideal for visiting FLORENCE and TUSCANY with family or friends. Located ten minute walk (but you can use shuttle electrical buses every 10') from the SMN main train station and from the city center, the central market and all the tourist attractions, at 100 m from the new Florence’s Opera House. You can easily reach, in less than 1 hour, travelling by train or by bus, the main historic towns like PISA, SIENA, AREZZO, LUCCA.

Nice two floors apartment newly renovated with luxury materials. Close to the apartment you can find all essential services (laundry, parking, supermarket, restaurants, etc.). The apartment is composed of own and separate entry, hall and living room at ground floor (12 sqm) equipped with single sofa bed, a small laundry room under the stairs. The upper floor (40 sqm) is the living room with kitchen totally equipped (fires ceramic hob, oven, microwave, sink, etc.) room with a king-size back which gives access to the shower room with led lights and the dressing room.

On request we can add a camp bed for children from 0 to 4 years.

The bathroom is behind the kitchen totally covered by travertine stone. The house is equipped with air conditioning and the latest generation of heating. LED TV and WiFi complete the amenities. The quality of the materials with which the apartment has been renovated and the latest generation of fixtures make it enormously comfortable in both winter and summer.

City tax: The town of Florence requires the payment of the tourist tax of 2.50 € per person per day (over 12) for a maximum of 7 days. This fee must be paid at check-in.

Easily walk-able from train station and getting to explore Florence. Owner was very attentive with trying to resolve an issue. Apartment can accommodate 3 people comfortably

Appartamento vicino al centro (ci si va a piedi), comunque in zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, comodo, grazioso, ben arredato, pulito. Unica pecca: non è nostro! Ci torneremo!!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maura (the owner) a message.

If Maura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
