In the heart of the historic center of Florence, a stone's throw from the Bargello Museum and Piazza della Signoria, an elegant charming apartment where you can experience the culture and art of this beautiful city.

Located in Via Ghibellina, on the second floor without elevator (30 steps) of a historic building, the apartment almost entirely overlooks an internal courtyard, and for this reason it is very quiet even if in the most lively part of the city.

The apartment has been totally renovated and tastefully decorated, creating a perfect mix between ancient and modern functionality. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and it is equipped with all the amenities that will make your holiday an experience to be told.

Entering the apartment you are into the living area with a sofa, TV and a dining area with a beautiful crystal table and chairs.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you want.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, each of them enriched with antiques, as well as closets or hangers, armchairs and chest of drawers, and two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers. Refined mirrors and paintings enrich the walls of the entire apartment, creating color notes in every room.

The apartment is provided with automatic access and self check-in system, to make you able to unhurriedly arrive whenever you want to, after 3:00 pm, without having to worry about arranging an appointment for the check-in. All you need is a smarthphone to access and submit your personal data to the application for the check-in. Otherwise, if you want, we will be pleased to meet you, but we have to arrange an appointment between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Late check-in arrival time must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to arrival date with the host. For any late check-ins a Euro 30,00 late check-in fee will be applied. Checkout is within 10 am Tourist tax in Florence: 4.00 € per day per person over 12 years for a maximum of 7 days

The touristic city tax is due to the district of Florence and it's written in all our listings. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
