Experience the Maltese way of life in this lovely corner, cosy, ground floor Maisonette which is just a few minutes walk away from the historic capital city Valletta and the main bus terminus. Whilst it is situated in a typical Maltese neighbourhood it is at the same time in a unique location, right upon the fortifications built by the knights of St. John overlooking Malta's Grand Harbour. Enjoy pleasant strolls in the nearby public garden whilst enjoying breath taking views of Grand Harbour.

This is a typical Maltese dwelling and is furnished as such. It is spacious and very well kept. It has a private entrance , large air conditioned sitting room and a separate well equipped kitchen/dining room. Two air conditioned Bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower/toilet and a small yard. Aircondition is available to cool or heat on a pay per use basis.

Sleeps 10- Main bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 4 single beds and 2 comfortable sofa beds in the living room.

The fact that almost all buses pass through Floriana and main bus terminus, Ferry service to the three cities and Valletta itself are only a few minutes away makes Floriana strategically the best location to stay when visiting Malta.

Generally either myself or my husband will be waiting at the apartment to hand the keys, explain a few things about the apartment itself and we give tips about transportation, places to visit, restaurants etc. I am always available should a problem crop up as I live only 5 minutes away.

Thank you for your review, I am glad you had a good stay overall. However its a pity that you visited Malta during a heatwave and decided to endure the heat and did not make use of the air condition units because you concluded they are expensive. There are instructions in the apartment on how to use the air condition in a cost effective manner which would have you not spend more that 1 Euro per night to sleep comfortably. As regards the noise coming from outside besides closing the windows I always suggest closing the also wooden shutters which cut off outside noises !! I guess due to my poor French this was not communicated properly and I apologise for this. Had these issues been communicated to me during your stay I would have certainly clarified matters immediately and you would have enjoyed the full benefits of staying in this one off holiday apartments and so many other guests did. Thank You Anna

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
