You just need to take few steps outside to immerse your feet into the sea and the warm sand: Villa Luna Rossa occupies an idyllic position in front of the beach with a superb view of Mount Etna and can accomodate up to 16 guests!

With spacious bedrooms, the villa is surrounded by a large verdant garden with all the amenities you'll need for a restful break in the outdoor spaces and a panoramic terrace equipped with summer furniture to enjoy summer dinner with bustling view.

This two levels villa is tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style. The rooms are all spacious and bright. In details:

Usually the house is ready for the check-in from 2.30 pm. It's indispensable to respect the check-in hour agreed. We always schedule our appointments for the day dovetail perfectly, so that we are able to be on time with everyone. We appreciate a lot your collaboration.

If we have other reservations in the same date of your check-out, we need to clean and prepare the house for the new guests so would be perfect if we can organize the check-out before 10.30 am.

Gentile cliente, la ringraziamo per la sua recensione e i successivi chiarimenti telefonici. Non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di notare che l’elenco dei PRO, per quanto rilevati, non abbia avuto poi alcun peso nelle somme di un giudizio tanto spietato; ma rispondere alle sue critiche ci dà l’occasione di approfondire alcuni aspetti della Villa. Villa Luna Rossa presenta molte camere, potendo ospitare fino a 16 persone. È importante far presente, quindi, che in verità gli spazi sono ben organizzati, con mobili, cassettiere e mensole a disposizione degli ospiti per gestire ogni comodità. Riguardo la descrizione dei bagni, abbiamo provveduto a correggerla e vi ringraziamo per la segnalazione. La doccia esterna aggiuntiva ha creato l’errore di calcolo in alcuni portali. Riguardo le persiane e le doghe, consegnamo la casa in uno stato idoneo e aderente i nostri standard di qualità, intervenendo prontamente ad ogni segnalazione: nel caso specifico l’intervento non era di immediata risoluzione e ci scusiamo di questo ritardo. Riguardo le formiche, è indubbio che una casa con giardino o in campagna ne presenti. È una circostanza che si accentua in presenza di clima particolarmente torrido e resti di cibo non riposti negli appositi contenitori della spazzatura. Non è certamente il caso di definirla “enorme formicaio”: come nostra abitudine, abbiamo provveduto a una pulizia intermedia degli spazi comuni durante il vostro soggiorno; dunque, a una vostra segnalazione, saremmo intervenuti effettuando una pulizia generale con applicazione di specifici dispositivi, per altro senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, se ci fosse bisogno di specificarlo. È una villa con giardino di fronte al mare: ci sono anche zanzare, come è normale, ma lavorando ormai da quasi 9 stagioni sappiamo intervenire e possiamo dire di aver minimizzato il problema. Riguardo il costo: come avete specificato, inclusi nella tariffa ci sono 3 ombrelloni e 11 sdraio, per 7 giorni. Considerando le tariffe stagionali, il costo complessivo era di 525€, incluso nell’offerta. E' facile vedere che si tratta di un prezzo molto ragionevole per i servizi offerti (tra cui sanificazione speciale in entrata e in uscita). Dunque il soggiorno per una settimana per 11 persone in casa privata in esclusiva, con giardino privato, fronte mare, vista Etna, servizio spiaggia incluso per l’intera durata, risulta a un costo più che adeguato. Solitamente accogliamo le recensioni, positive e negative, alla stessa maniera perché ci aiutano a migliorare il servizio. La considereremo anche in questo caso, ma spiace profondamente che gli ospiti non abbiano sempre comunicato le carenze di cui parlano, preferendo esprimere il giudizio di 1 stella, penalizzando la qualità commerciale della casa e il duro lavoro di staff che sta dietro la nostra attività. La nostra forza è principalmente fondata sul rapporto con gli ospiti: ci rincresce non avere avuto modo di esprimere questa relazione al meglio, per questa volta.

How do damage deposits work?
