Eco Residence si trova a Fontane Bianche, a soli 300 metri dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca e finissima, e dal mare cristallino, della sua incantevole baia. La struttura è di nuova costruzione, completata nel 2013, è completamente costruita in bio-archiettura (casa clima Rubner Hause). Rifinita nei dettagli, è costruita con materiali naturali ed eco-compatibili, esclusivamente legno proveniente da foreste gestite secondo criteri di sostenibilità.

Eco Residence è composto da 4 appartamenti indipendenti, ideali per coppie.

Tutti i materiali utilizzati sono biodegradabili al 100% e garantiscono un bilancio di CO2 neutro.

Gli impianti tecnologici garantiscono comfort e qualità dell'aria elevati, grazie al continuo ricambio d'aria ed alla climatizzazione estiva ed invernale.

La climatizzazione degli ambienti, e la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria, è demandata ad una pompa di calore ad alta efficienza che per sua natura preleva oltre il 60% dell'energia necessaria al suo funzionamento dall'ambiente. All'interno della copertura è integrato un impianto fotovoltaico di adeguate dimensioni che permette la produzione di energia elettrica per alimentare il generatore e le utenze dell'impianto elettrico.

Tutto ciò si traduce in un fabbisogno annuale di energia irrisorio comprovato da un'etichetta energetica A+.

L'isolamento delle pareti e dei serramenti garantiscono un isolamento climatico ed acustico elevatissimo che renderà il vostro soggiorno assolutamente gradevole. Gli appartamenti, ognuno di circa 40mq, sono dotati di veranda coperta con teli ombreggianti, tavolino e sedie per esterno, living room con angolo cottura accessoriato con piastre elettriche frigorifero. Ogni sistemazione è dotata di un ampia camera da letto, TV LCD con canali satellitari, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita, bagno privato confortevole dotato di ampia cabina doccia con idrogetto a cascata, asciugacapelli e cassaforte.

La vostra totale riservatezza è garantita dall'accesso indipendente. Ogni appartamento è arredato con un design moderno, caratterizzato da linee compatte, rigorose e minimali che denotano peculiarità tali da renderne la percezione complessiva originale ed accattivante.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alfredo (the owner) a message.

If Alfredo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
