The Villa, which sits in a protected area of small holiday villas, all with their own gardens, with Hibiscus, Jacoranda and lemon trees planted alongside palm trees and prickly pear, is conveniently set out on two floors with an outside access to the second floor by local, Sicilian crafted, tiled steps. The ground floor comprises of an integrated Kitchen, dining room and sitting room (50 sq metres) is equipped with all the modern conveniences you could want, to guarantee a wonderfully relaxing stay by the Sicilian seaside.
A gas cooker, oven eletric fridge with a small freezer compartment, a full range of crockery and glassware, provides you with everything you require to enjoy a very special stay here by the lonian sea. The living room opens up through French windows into a completely equipped garden, with chairs and lido style relaxing sun beds to enjoy the sunshine. Enjoy a glass of wine in an evening with geranium, a lemon tree and a beatifully grassed area for relaxation. Inside there is a confortable double settee and a beatifully tiled dining room for you to have more formal meals together. Later in the evening you can enjoy Television and there is free Wi-fi to keep up with any decide how toorganise this ultimate opportunity to relax on your holiday.
There are two bathrooms equipped with showers, bidets and WCs - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor where the bedrooms are located. There is also an outside shower where you can enjoy the sunshine and washing off the sand from the day's exertions at the beach - hot and cold running water.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two are equipped with double beds, with the master bedroom opening up onto a verandah where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine and breakfast collected from the bakery just 100 metres away from the villa where the range of beatiful breads, croissants and pastries can only bring joy to the start of your day. You can see the glistening ripples of the Mediterranean glimpsed through palm trees and terra cotta roofs a mere 50 metres away. Enjoy a morning Espresso or a pot of tea according to ypur choice, as you watch the sunrise or later on (from 7.00am onwards) bite into a freshly baked doughnut and Ricotta, as you start your day. The choice is your with the equipment provided in the kitchen downstairs.
The third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets at the windows and all have new and comfortable to insure a refreshing night's sleep. From the Master bedroom you can hear the lapping of the water in the quiet of the evening. The Master bedroom has a Captain's bed to provide extra space for a child and on request a cot for a new born can be provided. In all the Villa happly accomodates 7 people plus a baby. The bathroom upstairs, with shower, bidet and w.c. is shared across all bedrooms and connected through an indipendent corridor.
