From the owner

our house is located less than a five minute walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in our area, the same one that hosted the village of Fontane Bianche, so Ventaclub ideal for children, especially little ones. If you prefer, a few minutes drive you can reach the sea areas with reefs for diving and snorkeling. In the area, still within walking distance, there are pizzerias, ice cream parlors, restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, a church, a pharmacy and a medical center. the house is undoubtedly one of the most attractive holiday homes available in the area, and consists of three bedrooms, each with two beds plus an option for a third bed, each of which is served by air conditioning, ceiling fan and private bathroom . One bathroom has an indoor shower in masonry, which serves all the rooms. for a child / a little, we are equipped with the camp bed with mosquito net and high chair. All windows are equipped with fixed mosquito net. They are part of the accessories of the house also iron and ironing board. The outdoor patio includes a dining area, and this leads to a large and equipped kitchen block under a pergola outside, shared with another accommodation site in the same property. Other shared facilities are a large outdoor shower with hot water, comfortable for evening showers after a day at the beach, washing machine with space to hang out the laundry, and parking for cars. It provides linens for the beds and towels for use in the house and the sea. Pediatrician and doctor also available for home visits, and baby sitting on request. The housing added value is that despite being a few hundred meters from the sea and all facilities, is located on a street returned that guarantees privacy and shelter from the noise of the street traffic.

How do damage deposits work?
