Villa Pomelia consists of 2 buildings, the main house and the dependance.

The entire property has been restored in 2016 focusing on the brightness of the spaces and equipped with all of the needed comforts and more.

The result is an intimate and welcoming place, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

It is consisting of a fully equipped kitchen which is looking like a winter garden, cosy living room with fireplace, small laundry, bathroom, upstairs there s the main sleeping room , very intimate, with sea view and roof top terrace.

The wide external area is offering a veranda with homey couches and a barbecue that allows chilling and spending time together in complete quiet.

Few meters from the house there s a dependance , situated below an impressive composition of giant cactuses , with a second sleeping room and bathroom.

Suitable for families or friends: giving you the possibility to enjoy the vacation together while having always the option of privacy.

You will access the property via car through an automatic gate with remote control. There is space for 2 cars.

Our guests are particularly impressed by our amazing mediterranean garden, a great spot to relax and with multiple seating places.

We offer WI-FI but we suggest you to use only if needed in order to enjoy the nature and the sea;)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sabrina (the owner) a message.

If Sabrina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
