“Villa Lucia” è immersa nella quiete più assoluta a pochi passi dallo splendido golfo di Fontane Bianche (la più rinomata località turistica della provincia) a 15 km da Siracusa, chiamata così per le numerose sorgenti naturali di acqua dolce che si trovano nell’ area.

La posizione rialzata rispetto al livello della strada, permette alla struttura di godere di un bel panorama a 180° “Plein Air” sulla campagna sottostante. La Villa si sviluppa su un unico piano e si affaccia in un’ampia terrazza di circa 200 mq. dotata di sedie e tavoli, di sdraio, di divanetti e dondoli. Ci si può rilassare davanti ad un bel libro o ad un ottimo calice di vino in piena atmosfera agreste deliziati solo dal cinguettio degli uccelli che albergano fra gli alberi.

Nell'area sottostante la veranda attrezzata, domina una fantastica piscina 9x4 attorniata da un solarium attrezzato di sdraio e divanetti dove poter godere in tutta tranquillità di quello specchio d'acqua che visivamente si perde tra le colline.

La struttura è dotata di:

_ 3 camere da letto tutte climatizzate con ventilatore cosí composte:- a) matrimoniale + 1 letto singolo;- b) matrimoniale + 1 letto a castello;- c) matrimoniale;

_di un ampio Salone-Soggiorno con moderna parete attrezzata con TV a digitale terrestre. Questo Salone, in Estate può trasformarsi in "4a Camera da Letto" capace di 4 posti: 2 divano-letto matrimoniali.

_di una cucina attrezzatissima (in comunicazione con la zona pranzo della verandina coperta di 15mq) e che é fornita di:

- fornello 4 fuochi a gas con accensione automatica

- cappa

- forno elettrico

- forno microonde

- 1 frigorifero/freezer

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carola (the owner) a message.

If Carola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
