From the owner

In France, near the Atlantic Coast in South Vendée, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, a renovated barn and completely independent (area about 70m2), the cottage "The Ferrés Cats" is on one level and easily accessible. Site private parking.

The terrace is south / east with direct access to the park.

A large living room with stone walls and a nice height, with a fully equipped kitchenette equipped for your comfort. (Fridge / freezer, plates induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes ect ....)

A table with 6 chairs, and in the lounge a sofa bed with a mattress comfort, 2 armchairs and TV, WIFI access.

A first bedroom with 90 beds, (it is possible to bring together to form a bed of 160) and the second bedroom with a bed of 140 with an original headboard (former bread oven has been preserved) .

The beds are made on arrival, towels are provided. (Allow the towels for the pool)

A bathroom with shower and basin, the toilets are independent.

In the large hall closet, washing machine, ironing board and iron, and everything needed for maintenance of the premises.

Access 4000,00m2 park, playground, bicycle loans and outdoor games, and of course the common pool 5x10m2 treated with sea salt without chlorine smell (with hot shower and toilet).

Why can't I call Gwen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gwen (the owner) a message.

If Gwen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
