Notre Villa est située à Forcalquier dans la partie occidentale des Alpes-de-Haute-Provence et du Parc Régional du Luberon, c'est la destination parfaite pour des vacances dans la nature et pour ceux qui sont à la recherche du bien-être.

Randonnées, VTT, balades à cheval, vols en montgolfières et parcours des métiers d'arts, vous sont proposés par l'office de tourisme pour agrémenter votre séjour.

La maison de 135m2 est accessible par un bel escalier et de plein pieds surplombant la ville, avec de belles vues sur la montagne de Lure en accès direct avec le jardin et la piscine qui restent privatif à nos locataires.

Elle est composée d´un grand salon/séjour avec l´accès direct à la terrasse menant au jardin et à la piscine, 4 chambres, 2 salles de douche, 2 Wc pour une capacité de 8 personnes.

En saison, profitez du jardin et de la piscine extérieure entourés des merveilleux paysages des alentours avec vues.

La piscine est carrelée (8/4) protégée par un volet roulant, un barbecue est disponible pour vos repas entre amis et famille.

Depuis la maison, en 10 minutes montez à la Citadelle ou descendez en 3mns au centre-ville...... le tout à pied!

Un véritable coup de cœur pour se mettre au « vert « pour des vacances au soleil en Haute Provence.

A noter :

- La carte bancaire ayant servie au paiement du séjour devra être présentée au checking avec la carte d'indentée portant le même nom. 

- Dépôt de garantie à l'arrivée : 1500 Euros - Préautorisé sur carte bancaire

- Taxe de Séjour - 4% du montant total du séjour hors frais de ménage

- Entre septembre et mai, une provision d'électricité de 50kwh/jour est incluse. Tout dépassement sera facturé au départ selon tarif en vigueur (0.16cts/kwh en 2021)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
