With its 3 -star rating, a stone's throw away from Pont-Aven, nestled between the historic towns of Quimper and Concarneau, in the quaint Breton hamlet of Coat Beuz Izel, it is an elegant modern front façade and a pretty home with blue shutters on the back, two terraces and a veranda, in the midst of a neat generous garden.Light and spacious, it has all the modern conveniences (fully equipped American kitchen, induction stove top, microwave, dish washer, freezer…), electric shades, summer kitchen, and more!The 4 bedrooms (each with a double bed) including a large master suite with its luxurious bath can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably while preserving intimacy and privacy. Baby equipment complimentary. Only 1 mile from the shops and from the Port La Forêt, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, all the water sports are at your finger tips (sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, wind carting, etc.).Walking distance in the same neighborhood, on the shores of the La Forêt Bay, is the Cornouaille Golf Club (18 holes, Par 71), its Pro-shop in an extraordinary 18th century manor with all the charm of yesteryear. The beautiful sandy beaches of La Forêt Fouesnant (only 1 mile from the house) are surrounded by more than 20 miles of marked footpaths for long walks to discover this charming village, lively with its regional open air markets and cultural life (art exhibitions and music festivals).Outings can be organized with a weathered seaman aboard his sailboat to all the islands in south Brittany including the Glenans archipelago. All year long, winter as well as summer, for a weekend, a week or more.

And it's also true that the hill on the way home can be a little tiring. Why can't I call Jennifer (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jennifer (the owner) a message.

If Jennifer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
