Delightful apartment renovated April 2015, located on a quite private lane among lemon trees and a vineyard pergola. The apartment is less than 100 meters away from the family-friendly beach of Vindicio but only a few miles away from the vibrant nightlife of Gaeta and Sperlonga. You can always rely on perfect weather for an unforgettable, 'sun and sea' holiday. As a guest you are free to relax on the beach, participate in a wide range of water sports, or simply enjoy the sea-view terrace day and night. And to top it all, the very best local cuisine is certain to satisfy even the most demanding!
Despite the wonderful sensation of isolation from the chaos of the modern world, The Fireflies Villa in Vindicio (Formia) is actually very well connected, with a train station and an harbour less than 2 miles away. Formia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formia) is, ideally situated at the crossroad between Rome, Naples, Pompei, Montecassino Abbey, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, which are all a day-trip away. The local train station has regular trains to Rome and Naples; from Formia harbour, you can easily reach the Pontine islands of Ponza and Ventotene. Whether you want a relaxing holiday by the sea or a handy spot to explore some of the most beautiful corners of the Belpaese, Formia is your ideal choice.

The apartment, fully air-conditioned, has central heating and free Wi-Fi. Three bedrooms (one Master Bedroom with en-suite, one double bedroom with king-size bed, one double bedroom with bunks for adults/children). Living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, master bathroom (shower), hall, private sun terrace with sea view.

One of the bathrooms was very small and overfloaded when taking a shower. The kitchen should have been better equipped. The terrace was big an beautiful. Location perfect.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tommaso (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
