Welcome to our house "Super Paradise" with tropical garden and breathtaking views of the water! called Our vacation home is located in Fort Lauderdale / Pampano Beach directly on a tributary of, Main Intracoastal ', just minutes away from the famous sandy beaches on the south-eastern Gulf coast, directly in, the heart of Florida's' and the "Venice of America" , Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Many attractions and activities await you. Our house is equipped with WIFI, central air-conditioning and all the necessary technical requirements as well as alarm. Find all the amenities of a relaxing stay. "Super Paradise" is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and boasts quality equipment. Upon entering you through the open living area with unique views of the romantic 'pool area', the tropical garden and a remarkable view of the surrounding water landscape. Relax in the shade of our palms. A special feature offers our mineral-water pool, which is fully for your private use. The non-irritating water is your skin do well 'and can be reached in a simple manner a relaxation and well-feeling for your body. The sundeck on water comfortable deck chairs and outdoor chairs are available for you. Hear from there the 'sounds of the water' or angling your, Catch of the Day '. "Super Paradise" has a private jetty with a new lift for larger boats. Canoes and bicycles for exploring trips are also available free for you. After the complete renovation in 2013, the redesign in 2015 a warm and harmonious room atmosphere with great attention to detail and careful selection of high-quality doors, windows, tiles and special equipment of the bathrooms created by the mint equipment in the fully equipped kitchen , the latest technology stand, TV's will be highlighted in all rooms and an appealing residential furniture even further. "Super Paradise" with its open design is ideally suited for a stay of 4-6 persons. From the spacious living and dining area you have direct access to the exterior. The permissive kitchen offers a superb 'Rundum'- overlooking garden, pool, boat deck and palm landscape and a kitchen counter with bar stools. A hatch to, Barbeque Area 'is also available and very convenient. So you can entertain your guests comfortably from the kitchen out. Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry area with washer and dryer. From here you can also get into the spacious garage. On the other hand you can reach the open labor bedroom or dining room and the two bedrooms with their fully equipped bathrooms. That, cabana bath 'in "master bedroom" has its own direct access to the pool area. The pool side location, romantic, completely covered and closed "Patio" can be used in many ways. Here you can relax and enjoy the excellent environment. Also this can be used as needed as an extra bedroom. Dogs are allowed in principle, but can be brought only by appointment. Smoking is not permitted. Enjoy your 'Private Paradise' and take advantage of our Local. Our German and English speaking house manager is at your technical problems aside and may also assist in renting a boat.

Our Waterfront Home is very close to the Beaches and Shopping-Centres. You can reach them easily with using our bikes! Jump into our Water Wheeler and paddle to the nearby restaurants on the water!

“Super paradise is what it says”

A stunning well kitted out villa in a great location not too far to commute to Miami and in itself a great setting for relaxed days by the pool . The villa was very well kitted out with all the key utensils . And the lady meeting us was extremely friendly

How do damage deposits work?
