Mai Tai is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath beach house that sleeps up to 13

"Mai Tai" is a 4 bedroom beach house duplex in the Dunes Subdivision of Fort Morgan, with the West side available for rent. This vacation home is beachside with gorgeous gulf views, and access to the white sand is only a short walk away! On the main level, you will find the kitchen with ample dining seating, a cozy living room, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The second floor consists of 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 2 fulls and 3 twin beds. Finally, the third-level loft provides a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. These 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 13 people!

Guests will surely enjoy the gorgeous beach views from the ample seating on the expansive back porches. Watch the sunset from the comfort of "Mai Tai" or venture to the nearby beach access (crossing no major roads) to walk on the white sand and dip your toes in the gulf water. The gorgeous coast is perfect for sun tanning, swimming in the waves, or just hanging out! Fort Morgan beaches are known and loved to be uncrowded and unspoiled. For a change of scenery, take a short walk to the large community pool, where everyone can enjoy a swim. For a fun and/or relaxation-filled Gulf Coast vacation, Mai Tai offers it all!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
