Cathedral ceilings invite you into this relaxing Living Room which features a large 42-inch flat screen TV and DVD player, and comfy sofas. Open kitchen features tiled counter tops, appliances, & island with bar stool sitting. Enjoy every meal in the dining area with seating for 6. Master Suite has a King-sized bed, 30-inch flat screen TV, and private patio. Guest bedroom also has a relaxing King size bed. Have coffee every morning on your Master Bedroom balcony or Living Room balcony fully furnished with a pleasant seating area and looking over the 8th fairway. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
