Patrick's Paradise Apartment is located in Fort Washington, Maryland, quiet suburb of Washington DC metro area.

The apartment unit of the house has its own private entrance thru the white vinyl fence gate. Upon entering, there's a mini courtyard with three umbrella tables and green solar lights on each one. At the end of the courtyard, two large palm planters with green solar lights. To the right, white vinyl covered roof patio with seating for ten and a "Bahama Breeze" ceiling light fan, to give you that tropical island effect. Also, there is an enclosed sun room with white wicker floral cushions furniture, TV, and table seating for four people. The backyard is large enough for activities, entertainment and of course, to grill your favorite meals. Solar wind spinners and small green solar lights

thru out the yard.

A few steps down into the apartment into a bedroom; two twin beds, one soft cushion recliner chair, a plantation table with a brown woven basket inside for storage and a floral arrangement on table. There are two pole lights on each side of beds and above a sea shell planter in the glass block window. Two seat dining table and 30" TV on wall. White ceiling fan/light in center of room.A large sliding mirror closet that has iron/iron board, hair dryer, hamper, extra linen and towels.

Full bathroom; shower/tub with glass rain effect shower doors. A large sea shell décor is place in the glass block window of the shower wall. Complimentary bath essentials and towels provided.

The kitchenette: full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, two counter top burners, coffee/tea maker, and condiments. All dishes, utensils, cookware, dish towels are provided. There is a breakfast nook with two white wood cushioned chairs extended from the counter.

The second open bedroom has a queen size white plantation cove paneled head/foot board with off white light weight quilted bedspread and accented with colorful pillows. Above the bed; a beautiful picture of the ocean that compliments the tranquility of you being there. At the foot of bed, a cocktail table with seashell floral arrangement and on the side.Beneath table, there are three brown woven baskets for storage.

Also, there is a white light ceiling fan and night stand with lamp. For your enjoyment, a 30" flat screen TV and DVD that can be viewed in bed or from the breakfast nook.

Adjacent to the unit is the activity room; reading/sitting area with two

recliners in couch to enjoy the complimentary tourist brochures and magazines. There is a fitness area; stationary bike, jump robes, hula hoops, dumb bells, 4 "Simply Fit boards and mats. Washer/dryer is also in this room with a recliner chair.

Also, Tanger Outlets is located across the street from the National Harbor and MGM for leisure shopping.

Other tourist attractions, 20 minutes; Washington DC - The White House, U.S. Capitol, Washington Monument, Smithsonian Museums, National Mall, etc.
