This is a open plan eco passive house has climate control underfloor heating and ventilation with stunning views over the sea loch complete with its own self contained beach hut with fire pit and BBQ and private beach area right on the sea loch in front of your accommodation .

Only 1 mile outside Fort William shopping centre so easy access to pubs restaurants etc.

Bathroom is fully equipped with large walk in shower for relaxing after a hard day on the mountains.

The ground floor is bright spacious and open plan with modern kitchen and dining areas all enjoying the breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

there is LED mood lighting available to create that added ambience in winter.

The main bedroom is off this area fitted with full sized wardrobes, king size bed and dressing area and a huge LCD tv for a relaxing late night movie and glass of wine.

The upper mezzanine floor has two single beds which can be zip locked to make a Super King size bed if required along with a reading coffee area.

Again this floor has stunning views and a rear balcony for privacy and BBQ grill for your enjoyment or why not wander down onto our beach and use the fully equipped beach hut instead.

The accommodation comes complete with large LCD tv's in the main bedroom and living room, plus free super fast wifi and internet.

Private off road parking adjacent to the property plus EV charger on site.

We live next-door to the holiday home so can often be there to greet you and show you where things are and hand over the keys. When we are not able to be there we have a key safe on the front door of the holiday to enable you to access the keys. In this case, the code will be sent to use just prior to you coming to stay. Following the Covid 19 please be assured our holiday home is ideally designed to maintain high degrees of cleanliness having underfloor heated floor with no carpets and scatter rugs and a complete bedding changed with each booking. All hard surfaces, mattresses and contact areas plus utensils thoroughly cleaned and sterilised after each booking.

Unfortunately the holiday home is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
This is due to the single bed accommodation being on a mezzanine floor with no door to stop them using the spiral stairs.
No non residents allowed to use facilities such as parties or raves or additional features like BBQ or facilities such as the beach hut.
Smoking strictly not allowed inside. With further penalty of a £200 written in to Tripadvisor’s booking contract.
