# IMPORTANT !! Cleaning costs € 200 are paid in cash on the day of entry. Not included in the initial budget. The house is located in a quiet town at street level. You can park your car safely on your own land. The distance to the beach is about 8 km (Empuriabrava) and Figueres (Dalí Museum) 10 km. Description of the house: Entrance: Upon entering through the main door of the house you will find a large American kitchen-dining room with fireplace. On this ground floor there is 1 bedroom, 1 multipurpose room (with 2 single beds) next to 1 bathroom with shower, and a small living room with access to the porch and back garden where the pool is located. This rustic and restored plant (except the kitchen) is of a traditional Catalan style, the Catalan vault, and also with low ceilings, ancient and wide walls, which in summer provides a pleasant temperature to the ground floor, in which there is no air conditioner. The first floor: there are 3 bedrooms and 2 multipurpose spaces (one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed for three people preferably children), 1 bathroom with shower (in one of these spaces there is an air conditioner installed which distributes cold part of this floor), From the master bedroom (suite with bathroom and shower) you have access to the balcony from which you can see the garden with the pool. At the entrance of the farm there is a lawn garden where you can park your car. You will find the pool at the back of the chalet with lawn and a large porch with stone barbecue, and with a security door to access the pool. The decoration of the house is practical and simple. It has a built area of 248 square meters. This holiday home is very suitable for several families because of its large number of beds and its central location. We do not have sheets for the beds. Nor for towels for the bathroom.In the case that you want to have, you must notify at the time of booking and will have an additional cost of € 10 per person for sheets and € 5 per person for towels. Pets are accepted with a charge of € 50. To be paid in cash on the day of entry. Damage deposit: € 450 to be paid by transfer, refundable 7 days after departure. Checks or bank card not accepted

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CARMEN (the owner) a message.

    If CARMEN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
