We are always available. Ahead via e-mail, on-site then at any time by phone. We live in the village itself and also our family, so someone is always ready to hand. If you have questions for leisure, we are always available, my mother worked as a tour guide and always has good suggestions what to do in Sicily.
Taormina, which lies not far from Forza d'Agro, is the tourist center of Sicily and starting point for many adventures. Here in the summer in the ancient Greek theater, concerts of all kinds, from classical to jazz to rock. Taormina is known for its nightlife, shopping opportunities and its medieval charm.
Letojanni, Mazzeo and Giardini Naxos are the famous seaside resorts that can easily and quickly accessible from Forza d`Agrò by car. Forza D`Agrò itself is a nice little place with a wonderful view on the Etna and the sea. There are several bars, 2 small shopping opportunities, as well as some restaurants. In the town itself there is a Norman Castle, a beautiful convent, as well as some interesting churches.
From the village, some old trails were reopened, so there is the opportunity to go hiking..
Other very nice place near Forza d`Agrò (the movie "Godfather" was shot here) are Savoca, Nizza di Sicilia.
Well-functioning public transport does not exist in Sicily, unfortunately. We always recommend at least a Motorino or renting a car (best booking already before your holiday, it's probably much cheaper!)
The nearest airport is Catania, about 1 hour's drive away.
