The Palancà is an apartment in the heart of Fosdinovo, small medieval village located in the hills at 20 minutes from the sea.

The structure is composed of a bedroom with double bed separable, entrance to the dining room, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the sea and the Valley of the Magra.

The apartment is ideal for a family or a couple, but also for a stay with friends.

The village conveniently overlooks the Magra river valley overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the surrounding hills. In the village you can admire the Malaspina Castle, still well-preserved, and three churches, the Oratory of the confraternita dei bianchi, the Church of San Remigio and the Oratorio dei Rossi.

The country, halfway between Liguria and Tuscany, is close to many famous resorts: the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the Golfo dei Poeti, Versilia for those who love the sea, the marble quarries of Carrara, the castles of Lunigiana and Garfagnana for anyone who loves the art and nature.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Benedetta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
