This truly luxurious 7 bed room 5.5 bath property with over 4000 SqFt of living space is an absolute must for families requiring space or families travelling together.

Without doubt the house benefits from one of the best locations on Emerald Island Resort. Our house is located at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac, and benefits from a South Facing Pool area which overlooks a conservation area and a lake. The pool area is particularly special, boasting a beautiful long view. Please appreciate the pictures which highlight the privacy of the pool.

The home has an amazing 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 16 guests making it ideal of large groups or multiple families.

There are 5 king master suites, 3 of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. The 4th and 5th king masters share a 4th bathroom.

There are the two kids twin rooms, one with two bunks, sleeping 4 , and the Princess room with 2 twin beds.

Every bedroom has its own large screen LCD TV. There is a formal living and dining room, and a family room with huge 50' LCD TV.

Upstairs there is a further living / loft space with another 47' LCD TV. There is also a Blu-ray player in both family rooms, and a Playstation II games console. Each master suite has a ceiling fan, and all bedrooms have walk in closets.

All bathrooms have upgraded granite counter tops.

Our house is backed up with a wonderful management company, Dee's Vacations. Both Dee and Steve will be available and on hand to make your stay special. They have been managing vacation properties for over 10 years in which time they have gained a fantastic reputation!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
