Nice duplex with capacity for 5 people. In Foz (LUGO). 2 double bedrooms, top, wide and sloping floor, very comfortable with large closets. Possibility of extra space on a sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms with showers. full kitchen with appliances. LED TV, stereo system with CD changer, coffee capsules, etc. Household linens and kitchen utensils included. indoor pool, playground and garage. gated and guarded beach with Rapadoria urbanization. Again, very nice people in the same building, next to all services: banks, pharmacy, health clinic, post office, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket with fresh fish and butcher to cut the corner, daily bread and pastries. Very functional and well decorated. Perfect for your holiday. Foz has several beaches plus Rapadoira, 700 meters Llás beach is very extensive and that walking distance. Near the beach of the Cathedrals. Do not let to visit.

Perfect for multi-adventure lovers, surfing, diving, biking, hiking. In the famous "Route of the beaches", Foz Ribadeo. Surf schools and kayaking a few meters. teniendo en cuenta que se les admitió tener al perro si coste adicional, porque no lo incluyeron al solicitar la reserva y que devolvieron roto el mando a distancia del garaje, lo que ocasionó puntos de vista opuestos entre la propiedad y los huéspedes, esta opinión es de muy poca fiabilidad. Los suministros como gel, champú, lavavajillas, y todos los productos de limpieza, no los dispensa la propiedad. Los aporta el huésped. El papel higiénico inicial, en cada cuarto de baño, a estrenar, es una cortesía de la propiedad para que no les falte en el momento de acceder al apartamento. Si van a estar una semana o 15 día como fue su caso, 5 personas, NO ES OBLIGATORIO que lo dispense el propietario, por motivos obvios. Y para hacer honor a la verdad, hemos puesto un microondas nuevo a estrenar este año 2019.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana Isabel (the owner) a message.

If Ana Isabel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
