Very nicely decorated three bedroom rancher in a great residential community (Clearwater) that has large communal swimming pool and tennis courts. Property is one level with nice open floor plan. One master suite with two additional bedrooms and hall bath. Nice deck off kitchen and dining area. Bethany Parking Permit is included with this rental. Pet friendly (additional fees apply). Short drive or bike ride to the beach. Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. Applicable taxes and fees may apply. Call for details.
