Lovely house all to yourself directly on a secluded beach. Live at the water's edge on gorgeous Holmes Harbor, Freeland, Whidbey Island, an hour north of Seattle. We call it "Baby Beach" because it is perfect for families with kids; great for a romantic getaway too. Check in 3 pm, check out 11 am. 2 bedrooms: one master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with two queen beds. Living room, kitchen, dining area overlooking water. One bathroom with tub. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for cooking, drip, stove-top espresso, and french press coffee makers, microwave. Glass front wood burning stove so you can see the flames while you stare out to sea while the logs crackle in this quiet sea side home. 10 minute walk to Freeland shops and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Langley, Greenbank Farm, and South Whidbey State Park. Walk down the beach to Freeland Park with boat launch, playground, and historic Freeland Hall surrounded by huge evergreens with eagle nests. Directly on beach perfect for rock-hunting and meditative walks. Deck with outdoor furniture on the water, piano, wood stove, sectional couch, fire pit, BBQ, washer-dryer. Free Wi-fi (wireless high speed internet). DVD player and CD player. Flat screen TV for viewing movies on DVD player. (no SATELLITE TV OR CABLE). You can stream internet from your device on the screen with HDMI cable. Awesome water views from kitchen, deck, living room. Privacy, peace and quiet on a dirt road by the beach; no traffic noise. Private parking next to house. It's hard to describe how very relaxing this home is. Four parking spaces, 10 min drive to many hiking trails. Dogs welcome. You have complete privacy in this stand alone house all to yourself. Check in is self serve and you can show up, stay in the house, and depart without interaction. We are a 20 minute drive and a phone call away. We probably won't meet unless you specifically request it. We love hearing about how people feel like this beach house is there own home!

Why can't I call Jessica (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jessica (the owner) a message.

If Jessica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
