Re-modeled with the finest materials including Italian Stone Floors and a hand finished European style Kitchen, sleeps 4 adults, fully equipped, a contemporary furnished balcony deck and direct access to a beautiful white secluded beach. The apartment features modern bespoke furniture, contemporary modern pop art, BOSE sound system, 50 inch flat-screen, Apple TV, full cable, High Speed Internet & Techiks Decks with a JBL sound system. Chill out to the sunset while you spin your own tunes - Ibiza style.

The low-rise small private gated community is situated close enough to Port Lucaya to enjoy the local restaurants & night-life but is far enough away to relax & unwind. With full time security & a swimming pool – guests can enjoy both the clear blue sea with the reef within swimming distance or a fresh water pool to cool off.

The apartment is equipped to a very high standard with everything you need for your vacation including TV's in the lounge & master bedroom and a juicer for those mornings on the deck.

A perfect base for couples to explore the island and enjoy the perfect beach setting.

Important notes on accommodation
All rooms except Bed 2 have Ceiling Fans and the apartment has brand new central A/C.

We have a beautiful balcony/deck with contemporary wicker chairs, a modern teak table & chairs to seat 6 and very cool sunbeds with cushions for tanning or lounging.

All bedrooms have full size wardrobes with lots of hangers ! As well as plenty of drawer space.

The apartment is on the Second & Third floor with a staircase giving direct access to the white sandy beach with a large coounal sun shade.

Every room has a patio door so that you can enjoy the sound of the ocean and the sea breeze.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you were invonvininced. We unfortunately were unable to host you in the unit you booked and informed tripadvisor a week before your arrival. We asked them to find you alternative accomodation and also offer you a free stay with us in the future at anytime as an apology , we rarely have to cancel bookings, but sometimes due to storms or other reasons it is unavoidable and we understand how this impacts on our customers, thus why we offer for you to stay for free at another time. Tripadvisor failed to inform you that your vacation was cancelled until3 days before and this was only after we had called them and asked if everything has been taken care of . I’m very sorry for the service you have received from TripAdvisor in the case but we did everything we could.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Robin (the owner) a message.

If Robin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
