Herzlichen Dank für das Feedback, dass ich auch gerne beantworte. Wie Sie schon geschrieben hatten, haben Sie statt 6 angekündigter Kinder 7 Kinder mitgebracht, dass war nicht bestellt und verabredet. Das die Kinder binnen kürzester Zeit viele Utensilien irgendwo auf dem Grundstück verteilten ohne dass hier darauf geachtet wurde kam ebenfalls hinzu. Ein weitere Punkt, das Feuermachen bei fast 30 Grad und höchster Waldbrandgefahr in Mecklenburg Vorpommern. Obwohl ich Sie darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass es nicht erlaubt ist und am zweiter Abend auch eine Vertreterin der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr vor Ort hier ebenfalls ihr Veto eingelegte, haben Sie sich nicht daran gehalten. Möbel, die nur auf der Terrasse stehen hatten Sie auch bewusst, nachdem ich Sie darauf hingewiesen habe wieder auf die Wiese gestellt und wieder Feuer gemacht. Ihre Aussage war sogar, dass Sie das gesamte Feuerholz verfeuern wollten an diesem Wochenende, dass ich vehement ablehnte. Da Sie hier keine Einsicht zeigten, hatte ich schnell das Vertrauen verloren. Auch der Versuch den Stromzaun für die Schafe auszuschalten, damit diese ggfs. am Sonntag ausbüxen habe ich hier sehr kritisiert, wenn Sie Erwachsene Menschen sind, dann bitte nicht so. Last but not least sind Sie abgereist ohne 1. das Feuerholz wie besprochen zu bezahlen, ferner ist noch einmal Honig und eine Flasche Apfelsaft offen. In der Gastronomie nennt man das Zechprellerei. Leider hatte die Bestellerin sich nicht die Mühe gemacht, die Abnahme mit mir vorzunehmen. Interessant ist auch, dass ich auf Nachfrage am Abreisetag von Ihnen gehört habe, es war alles in Ordnung. Nicht in Ordnung ist, dass man hier einem Anbieter eine schlechte Bewertung für eigenes schlechtes Benehmen geben möchte. Offen ist also noch das zusätzliche Kind, sowie die aufgeführten Artikel. Ich schreibe hierzu nochmals die Bestellerin an, da Sie ja wohl nicht die Rechnung offen lassen wollen. Fazit : manchmal passt es nicht, dass kann passieren Für den nächsten Aufenthalt und Ihr gemeinsames Treffen wünschen wir alles Gute.

Why can't I call Gabriele (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gabriele (the owner) a message.

If Gabriele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
