Family-friendly holiday home with fireplace Idyllic and quiet holiday home for 6 persons (maximum 8 persons) - Pure romance! What could be better than having a nice day off in front of a crackling log fire? The house is located in the Ferienwohnpark "Silbersee", in the middle of Germany, only 40 minutes south of Kassel. Via the A 7, exit Homberg (Efze), continue on the B 323 and the B 254 to the exit Frielendorf Nord and reach the holiday village for 1 km, which is located on the approximately 10,000 m² swimming lake "Silver Lake". The holiday village is surrounded by extensive forests, ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The park has a number of recreational opportunities such. Ex. modern climbing park, large indoor play paradise, wellness paradise (indoor pool), miniature railway, all-weather toboggan run, petting zoo, archery, mini golf, skater and bocce, football, tennis and basketball fields, adventure playgrounds, etc. The house is located on a 700 m² large, quiet corner lot and is thus protected from prying eyes, so privacy is ensured. The property extends into the adjacent forest, which is ideal as an "adventure forest" for children usable. In the forest there is a corner group belonging to the house, where a lingering, especially by the shady trees, is very pleasant in the heat. It is also very idyllic to take the daily meals there. The holiday home also includes 8 garden chairs with 2 matching tables and a wooden seating table set for 6 people. Furthermore, there are 4 sun loungers, which invite you to relax and sunbathe on the very large property. Due to the location and the directly adjacent forest, they can thereby preserve their "privacy". Likewise, a brick barbecue is available. The house has a total size of 75 m² and is built in 3 levels. A hallway leads to the open living-dining area. The living room has a couch next to three comfortable armchairs, a table and the flat screen TV with its own Sky access and a generous, massive brick fireplace, which can be cheered on demand at any time and spread a pleasant atmosphere by its crackling fire. Firewood is sufficiently available and can be used free of charge. The couch can be expanded in a few steps to a double bed, so that up to 8 people could sleep in the house. Adjacent to this is the dining area, with a cozy, spacious sitting area. A small staircase leads to the gallery, where the fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, dishes, etc., with adjoining sitting area for up to 4 people, is located. Next to it is the shower room with shower, sink and toilet. On the same floor is also the first bedroom with double bed and private flat screen TV. From here you can also get into a separate toilet room with sink and toilet. The rustic wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where there are two bedrooms each with 2 beds and a private washbasin. Both rooms have access to the balcony. From the house to the beach of the Silver Lake is only about 400 meters. There are also boating and fishing opportunities. Fishing can be provided if required. Furthermore, children's toys such as children's bike, Kettcar, pedal tractor, tricycle, Bobbycar, badminton, balls, etc. are available in the house and can be used free of charge at your own risk. Here family friendliness is still quite "big" written. The house was completely insulated in the spring of 2013 and re-plastered, so that the exterior facade shines in new splendor. As a special feature you can now use a free internet connection in the house. You can, of course, bring your own bed linen and towels, however, we also offer that on your arrival the beds are freshly made. For this we charge 8.00 € per person. Furthermore, you can also book a towel package to have enough towels available. For this we also charge 8.00 € per person. Additional costs will be charged by the municipality of Frielendorf per night 1.90 € per adult and 0.95 € for children 6-17 years. The consumption costs for water per cubic € 10 (this amount is calculated by the municipality Frielendorf) and € 0.40 per kw / h of electricity. These will be charged separately according to consumption on departure. The tourist tax, water and electricity costs are additional costs, which are not collected by tripadvisor, but must be calculated and paid locally.
