Unbeatable sea views and near the beach!

This villa enjoys a commanding position on a hilltop, in Tamango Hill, a relative new residential area of Nerja. Uninterrupted sea views are yours! The villa has a private pool with a spacious terrace where you can barbecue and eat outside whilst enjoying beautiful views on the surroundings and out to the sea. Inside, you'll find nicely appointed furniture.

Location and outside area

The Tamango Hill residential area is located west of Nerja (3 km); the nearest beach is 1.2 km away, a 15 minute downhill walk—this will be an opportunity to stay in shape during your holiday. At the beach, you will find two beach restaurants, better known in Spanish as "chiringuitos". Nerja and its humming old centre is only a 5 minute drive away. This villa is also ideal for a visit to Granada and its famous Alhambra palace or to discover the traditional villages of the Axarquia area. The Picasso Museum in Malaga is a must-see for art-lovers. In the garden you'll find a private kidney shaped swimming pool and a terrace area with sun loungers, patio furniture, and barbecue. Part of the terrace is lawn, perfect for sun bathing.

Inside and lay-out

The villa provides a quality interior and is decorated with good taste by its' owners. The rooms are divided over two floors.

Ground floor:

The entrance leads directly to a comfortable living room with large panoramic windows that give splendid sea views. There are 2 sofas, a wood burning stove, satellite TV and air conditioning. There is an open plan kitchen, well equipped with microwave, oven, vitro hob with 4 rings, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and convertible dining table (the washing machine is placed outside). On this floor you will also find a double bedroom and an ensuite a bathroom with bath/shower-over, wc and wash basin. The bathroom ceiling is quite low, which can be a bit uncomfortable for a tall person.

First floor:

There is 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom on this floor. The twin consists of a single bed with underneath drawer bed so there is more space if the bedroom is used by 1 person only. A full bathroom with bath /shower-over, wc, wash basin and bidet is also located on this floor. The bedroom that is located on the south has air conditioning.

Ceiling fans are available in the living room and all bedrooms.

- The room on pool level is storage space and not accessible for guests.

- A WiFi internet connection is available (free of charge).

- Air conditioning is available and optional paying a supplement per week.

- The whirlpool next to the pool is not in use.

How do damage deposits work?
