This impressive holiday villa of 365 (respectively 256) square meters is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Frigiliana, on the Costa de Sol. Uniquely situated against a mountain slope, the house is built in three south facing storeys. The entrance at street level provides access to two tastefully decorated bedrooms with bathrooms. From a loft you enter the lower, spacious living room and the adjacent sun corner. On the same floor are a cozy dining room, a complete kitchen with utility room and a stylish master bedroom. The latter has its own sitting area, luxurious bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. Outside, the whole is surrounded by a large terrace. Via a (lockable) outdoor staircase you come a floor below a beautiful sun terrace with loggia, second kitchen and private pool - all with panoramic views of mountains and sea. At the swimming pool are the other rooms of the house, which are not rented out to other people (not even to others). For a stay of up to thirteen guests, a central recreation room (with table tennis table) provides access to a TV room, three spacious bedrooms (for a total of seven people) and two bathrooms, one of which is extra spacious with a jacuzzi. Privacy is guaranteed at Casa de la Cuesta. The many windows (with roller screens and hatches) and terraces provide an abundance of sunlight and impressive views. - Luxury and comfort Casa de la Cuesta has been built in a thoughtful way and is equipped with all modern comfort. That starts with the lockable private parking space in front of the door. The entire house is finished with first-class materials and derives its quality from high-quality furniture and textiles. The kitchen has, among other things, a countertop made of granite, a large fridge with freezer and an espresso machine. In the adjoining utility room is a built-in washer / dryer combination. The dining and living areas are warmly and tastefully decorated and the interiors of the bedrooms are designed with care. High-quality sanitary ware, quality towels, good ventilation and pleasant heating also ensure comfort in all bathrooms. Air conditioning or heating are available on request and there is a cozy fireplace in the living room. The house is fully equipped and equipped with Wi-Fi internet access and a satellite TV with DVD player. The swimming pool can be heated in the autumn and winter. A cot, camp bed and a highchair are available on request, without additional costs. - Sun, mountains and sea The location of Casa de la Cuesta, at about 300 meters above sea level, largely determines the ambiance of the villa. On the north side is the entrance to the white center of the special Frigiliana, which has repeatedly been declared the prettiest village in Andalusia. On the east side you will immediately find the mountains of Sierras de Tejeda National Park, a protected natural area where you can make beautiful walks. The south shows the Mediterranean Sea, whose beach (in Nerja) is only six kilometers away. Cities such as Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Marbella are also easily accessible. The climate of Andalusia is characterized by a pleasant temperature and a lot of sun - all year round. Luxurious, very spacious and beautifully situated. Urgent request: - to put the pool cover over it again after using the swimming pool. This keeps the water clean and warm. - take a good shower before using the swimming pool, so that no residues of sun lotion etc. are released into the water. This causes the water to become cloudy.
