From a loft you enter the lower, spacious living room and the adjacent sun corner. On the same floor are a cozy dining room, a complete kitchen with utility room and a stylish master bedroom. The latter has its own sitting area, luxurious bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. Outside, the whole is surrounded by a large terrace. Via a (lockable) outdoor staircase you come a floor below a beautiful sun terrace with loggia, second kitchen and private pool - all with panoramic views of mountains and sea.
