A tastefully decorated two bedroom apartment, less than a 10 minute stroll (500m) to the beach of Carvajal and busy coastal promenade offering restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. The complex offers a community pool with outdoor showers and a separate childrens pool, just 40cm deep. The Carvajal train station is within walking distance offering the opportunity to take a day out sight-seeing in the cultural city of Malaga or visiting the colourful market in Fuengirola on a Tuesday morning. The train runs from Central Malaga to Fuengirola so a car is not necessary and it is easy to board at the airport which is approximately 20 minutes away if driving.The beaches and coastline in this part of the coast are long and golden and it is possible to walk almost all the length.

The apartment, located on the third floor, consists of a lounge and dining area leading directly onto the terrace. The sofa is a sofa bed, allowing 6 people to occupy the property. The terrace faces south-west offering panoramic sea views and, in the winter months, the snow capped distant mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Furnished with dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, you can enjoy a relaxing lunch or twilight dinner with a bottle of chilled local wine. The Master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and televisions. There is also a second bathroom with shower cubicle. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with a washing machine. No Smoking and No Pets allowed.
