Views to the sea can been seen from all windows and the lounge area leads directly onto the terrace, garden and pool area.
The villa offers both covered and open terraces fitted with dining and lounging facilities to either enjoy the full sun, or relax and dine in the cool shade. The pool area includes a shower and built in BBQ. There is also an elevated lounging area fitted with sun loungers. The 4th bedroom is located under the pool lounging area and offers accommodation for 4 people and has its own large en suite shower room.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the utility area fitted with washing machine and offers spacious storage. Access to the terraces is also gain through the utility room. The first guest bedroom is fitted with a double bed and built in wardrobes. The second guest bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. Both these bedrooms use the guest bathroom furnished with a bath and separate walk in shower. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed and benefits from a full en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower and direct access to the south west facing terrace with wonderful sea views.
With a footbridge close by, you can safely cross the main road and be on a beach to enjoy a bite to eat during the day or sun bath. If golf is your passion, the El Chaparral Golf Club is close by with its superb club house facilities and restaurant. El Faro is a well-established holiday area and is perfectly situated to make the most of the many fantastic holiday towns and activities offered on the Costa del Sol.
Head west and you and in a few minutes you arrive at the lovely coastal town of La Cala de Mijas. This quaint village is bustling with fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops and activities for all the family including a weekly market to shop for souvenirs and local produce. Head to inland La Cala and you can find many great golf courses and wonderful countryside and natural hills to enjoy walks.
Head east and in 3 km you come to the bigger town of Fuengirola brimming with nightlife, shops, restaurants bars and an indoor market. From here you can take the train right into the city of Malaga, where you can spend a whole day taking in the culture, cuisine and cool sightseeing of this historic city.
