A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which lies about 20 minutes south of Malaga Airport in the center of Torreblanca, Fuengirola. The neighborhood is nice & quiet and about 900 meters from the Beach (just 4min with car) with a few good restaurants in the area.

The apartment is furnished and facilitates 2 family bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (double bed & 2 single beds), living room (sofa can be facilitated as single bed) and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a second floor which houses a master bedroom, however this room is NOT for rent and will have a closed door (not to be entered).

The terrace on the second floor nonetheless is permitted to be used and has a lovely sea view.

From the airport it is accessible via train to Torreblanca station, about 15-20 minutes, followed by a 5 minute bus ride to the apartment complex.

Thank you for your judgment but it would have been good if you could write the truth and you are not lying because I requested 100 euros for the damages you caused in my apartment. When it comes to road work, I cannot influence the municipal regulations and when they get to do their work. I do not live there, therefore I could not know their plan. You say that from 07.00 to 19.00 there was noise and dust, I wonder who rents the apartment and stays in the whole day instead of going out to the beach and etc. Easy delivery of keys with 2 hours delay by you !!! But as you say yourself inside the apartment was fine but not after you left the apartment !! Finally it would have been good if you could also tell us about the service you received, You arrived in the apartment 1.5 late which caused someone to call you several times and wait for you (cost me 15 euros extra). I called several once and asked if you have any questions or problems, left my number to contact me if needed which you also did sometimes, What more can you ask for? Now I have said that I do not want 100 euros either to make you feel better. Hope you next time book a Hotel instead would suit you better. Have a good one. / Mohsen

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mohsen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
