Villa Irene is a wonderful rural house in Fuenteheridos (Huelva), a small village of 700 inhabitants located in the enclave of the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche Natural Park, an hour away from Seville.

A portico with a replete with arches of roses given welcomes you to this manor house of more than 300 m2, which has space for 18 people and is distributed on two floors with seven bedrooms (two of them from marriage and rooms with two, three and four beds and two bathrooms.

Also has three rooms, one of them with fireplace, and spacious outdoor areas: patio with barbecue, solarium and terrace of 16 meters. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, as well as a huge pantry.

Its privileged location and its height gives it unmatched views of the village, its chestnut trees, and all the nature of the surroundings of the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche Natural Park.

His great ability, the breadth of its rooms and its multiple spaces, Villa Irene is an ideal home for family reunions and large groups who will enjoy a peaceful and cosy stay.

Located at the entrance of the village, visitors can choose between the peace and the silence of their thick walls and the hustle and bustle of the famous Fountain Square, located just three minutes from the House, where you will find a wide range of leisure, gastronomy and handicrafts.

Esta historia es rotundamente FALSA. Lamento no haber podido contestar antes pero problemas de salud me lo han impedido. Me parece una absoluta falta de honestidad en primer lugar contar una historia que es totalmente falsa y en segundo lugar colocar dos opiniones sobre un mismo hecho como si se tratase de dos circunstancias diferentes cuando se trata del mismo grupo de personas. Cuando la persona que pusisteis como representante del grupo nos llamó para alquilar la casa se le dijo que, lamentándolo mucho, no se le alquilaría por su falta de seriedad y rigor. Algo que ya demostró en la primera llamada. Esta persona se puso en contacto con un conocido para rogarnos que por favor se le alquilase la casa alegando que cuidarían de la misma y se comportarían adecuadamente. Pensando que quizás nos habíamos equivocado en una primera impresión decidimos alquilarle la casa previo pago de una fianza. Nuestra sorpresa llegó cuando esta persona decide presentarse en la casa con su grupo de amigos un fin de semana que NO era el que había reservado. De hecho el fin de semana en cuestión llevaba alquilado más de tres meses. A pesar del error cometido por esta persona que representaba al grupo (y que me temo que nunca les contó la realidad al resto, como me confesaron dos de sus amigas que me llamaron personalmente) y a pesar de que reconoció que nos había intentado engañar sobrepasando en 10 personas la capacidad máxima de la casa, en todo momento se les intentó ayudar. Pasé más de tres horas al teléfono (perdí incluso una cita médica de mi hijo) llamando a todos los alojamientos del pueblo para poder reubicarlos a pesar de tratarse de un viernes por la tarde. Como habían mentido en el número de personas que eran les advertí que era imposible ubicarlos en una misma casa porque no existe ninguna en el pueblo con esa capacidad. Finalmente conseguí encontrarles dos casas para que pudieran pasar el fin de semana con barbacoa y jardín para que los niños pudieran jugar. Ellos se negaron a esta opción de forma reiterada y prefirieron marcharse. La propia persona que intercedió para que les alquilaramos la casa nos pidió disculpas por la cara dura y poca vergüenza de la representante del grupo. Ésta originó un problema al resto de sus amigos y por supuesto a nosotros como propietarios ya que tuvimos la decencia de devolverles la fianza (cosa que podríamos no haber hecho debido a que el error lo generaron ellos) y perdimos el dinero del alquiler porque la casa ya no se pudo alquilar con tan escaso margen de tiempo. Quiero creer que las personas que han puesto estas opiniones no conocen que fue su propia "amiga" la que causó todo este embrollo, algo que reconoció pidiéndonos incluso disculpas por teléfono ese mismo fin de semana. En 20 años que llevamos alquilando la casa jamás nos habíamos encontrado con un caso parecido.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Isabel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
