From the owner

Spacious and cozy apartment (over 100m2), located in a quiet residential area, close to Funchal's Old Town. It is the ideal place to discover Madeira: visit the center of Funchal on foot (it is a 15-minute walk to the Farmers' Market), drive to discover the Island (free parking available) or simply relax and sunbathe on the loungers in the apartment’s private garden.

Completely renovated, redecorated and re-equipped in March 2019.

The 2 bedroom apartment is all on the ground floor, with a private outside space facing South. Fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 5 people (up to a maximum of 7 people). In the solarium/garden you can sunbathe and take meals, enjoying some views of the bay and mountains of Funchal.

The neighborhood was formerly an old Madeiran large villa that was later transformed into a residential area of villas and townhouses. It is a quiet area, dedicated only to private housing, the streets lined with walks overlooking the bay and the mountains of Funchal, and ample parking.

The area around Funchal has views from almost everywhere, just go outside. In a nice neighbourhood, by the animal shelter. The hill is extremely narrow and steep, but makes for some fun.

How do damage deposits work?
