If you are looking for peace to regenerate, love the sea and nature, welcome to our "A casa di Eta ", our cozy super-equipped studio, can accommodate max 2 persons and is located in a spectacular bay between Gaeta and Sperlonga.

✔️Nice and panoramic independent studio for max 2 persons (22 mq), just 300 meters from the sea, with outdoor space, carefully finished and furnished in elegant country style, equipped with a standard double bed (size 1.60 mx 2.00 m), wardrobe with 2 sliding doors, Icd TV, electric towel warmer for the bathroom, folding table, bathroom with a comfortable shower cabin, sink, bidet and wc, double fixtures with mosquito nets and blackout curtains to get dark at night.

➡️Are these dates available? if you are able to select the dates on the site calendar and send us the request, the answer is YES, the dates are available

➡️Where is the studio? Can we go to the sea on foot?It’s in via Flacca, right in front and above the area of the hotels (Aeneas' Landing, Grand Hotel Le Rocce), on a hill 300 meters from the sea; therefore to move all around, as well as to reach the nearby beaches, for the presence of a steep road uphill for about 200 meters, you need a car or a 2-wheel vehicle.

➡️What are the nearest beaches? Are they free or equipped? The most beautiful beaches (all sandy) of Lazio coast are located just below the studio: exactly we find Arenauta beach and of the 300 steps (1 minute drive) or Ariana one. In 2 minutes by car you reach the long sandy beach of Sant'Agostino, 5 min. by car for the beaches of Serapo and Fontania. There are both free beaches, with the possibility to pay just for parking, as well as equipped ones with sunbeds, umbrella, deckchairs and parking all included.

➡️During the high season is it possible to stay just for a weekend? Only in the months of July and August, considering the high demand, we set a minimum stay of 7 nights, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays, for organizational reasons.

➡️Are there pots for cooking? Is linen included? The kitchenette is equipped with pots and pans for cooking. The studio is already equipped with bathroom and bed linen (with change made every 7 days for longer stays).

➡️Is there parking? Yes, our guests park their car right close to the studio under a wooden pergola, as you can see from the photos

➡️How do I get the keys at check in? We personally provide the keys to our guests, both of the studio that of the external automatic gate, so as to make them completely independent.

➡️Is the studio suitable to the needs of a newborn or a small child? Unfortunately no, because of its small inner space, we think it’s not appropriate for a small child; moreover, it is not possible, for reasons of space, to add a cradle or a cot.

➡️Do you admit animals? Unfortunately we can not admit animals, although we love them a lot, because we also have 2 dogs, a male and a female one, who live free in the same property. They are very good and sweet with people and love the children, but unfortunately they often are not compatible with other dogs or animals.

Teniamo solo a precisare che, nella descrizione dettagliata sul sito, è specificato e ben chiaro che ci troviamo su una collinetta a 300 mt dal mare e che per raggiungerci bisogna percorrere una strada in salita abbastanza ripida. E quella vista incantevole e quella pace sono possibili solo grazie alla piccola altura, che ci separa dalle spiaggie sotto di noi. Un saluto, Paola e Salvatore

Why can't I call Paola (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Paola (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paola (the owner) a message.

If Paola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
