A house on the coast road between the lighthouse and the Leuca Ciolo bridge. A house lined with stone and perched on the rock. The house has three large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a lounge very spacious room with fireplace and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one outside the house. An all around a courtyard area with a covered veranda with panoramic exposed wood that takes the whole front and looks towards the sea and the sky merge on the horizon without interruption. When the weather permits you can see the mountains of Albania that in that stretch are about 100km. On the veranda, armchairs, sofas and rocking chairs wicker allow you to enjoy a relaxation area or convivial meetings enhanced by priceless view. Always on the porch, but at the door of the kitchen, a solid larch table allows you to have breakfast and meals outdoors enjoying the landscape and at the sound of cicadas and crickets ... The house is airy and bright, and being in position elevated on the road is often ventilated in order to mitigate the thirst of the hottest summers also. Esternamente è molto bella questa villa fronte mare anche se non vi ha accesso. Veranda meravigliosa, a mio parere è il pezzo forte della casa ma poi si entra in casa e... poca, pochissi… More

La vostra recensione la trovo ingiusta e volutamente non fedele alla realtà e non capisco perché visto che vi abbiamo dato ampia disponibilità sin dalla prenotazione, e poi al check in e nel corso del vostro soggiorno. Vi sono state inviate per tempo via mail delle avvertenze per l’uso della casa che evidentemente non vi siete presi il fastidio di leggere, visto che lamentate cose che lì erano segnalate in modo molto chiaro. Ad esempio riguardo all’acqua, nelle avvertenze abbiamo scritto: “La villa non è raggiunta dall’acquedotto, ma dispone di una grande cisterna (e non un pozzo artesiano come scrive lei) interrata subito sotto il pozzo. La sua capacità è di circa 10.000 L. … Quando la cisterna è piena, la sua durata, per 5-6 persone, è di circa una settimana con un uso oculato. Se si vuole evitare di rimanere senza acqua è meglio controllarne il livello dopo 4-5 giorni. … Vogliamo sottolineare che l'acqua è potabile, ma è consigliato un uso accorto visto il percorso e i travasi che l’acqua subisce fino ad arrivare alla cisterna. Del resto noi di famiglia, che quella casa la viviamo da circa 40 anni quando non ci sono ospiti soggiornanti, per bere usiamo l’acqua minerale e per tutti gli altri usi usiamo quella della cisterna (devo dire che faccio la stessa cosa con l'acqua potabile del rubinetto, anche nella città in cui vivo, Carpi). Riguardo alla pulizia, in particolare della cucina, respingiamo ogni critica visto che riponiamo grande fiducia nella persona che si occupa delle pulizie e che vi ha fatto il check in, durante il quale vi ha mostrato lo stato della casa, e anche della cucina, senza alcuna obiezione da parte vostra. Non solo, ma durante il check in siete stati informati su tutto quello che c’era da sapere sull’utilizzo della casa, anche sull’uso dei ventilatori a soffitto stanza per stanza, ma forse eravate distratti, anche se non avete risparmiato critiche alla signora che si era permessa di indossare la mascherina durante l’accoglienza. La questione del pozzo nero dimostra ulteriormente la vostra cattiva fede. Nello specifico, l’unico onere che vi era stato richiesto era di controllare l’accensione della spia rossa in veranda che avvertiva con almeno 4 giorni di anticipo il riempimento dello stesso e avvisare la persona che vi ha fatto il check in o me. Così avete fatto e per il resto non avete avuto alcun altro disturbo per questa cosa visto che ci siamo occupati di tutto noi e voi avete continuato ad usare la casa normalmente. Del resto si tratta di una casa in campagna lontana dal centro urbano e quindi priva di acquedotto (come ampiamente segnalato prima del soggiorno e durante il check in) e di sistema fognario, è quindi inevitabile la presenza del pozzo nero. Chiudo con la doccia, di cui nella vostra recensione lamentate la sporcizia. A parte la falsità dell’affermazione palesemente infondata, visto che la signora che se ne occupa ha pulito la casa da cima a fondo dalle 10 del mattino fino alle 15 del pomeriggio, mi piacerebbe poter postare una foto dello stato in cui VOI avete lasciato la doccia, piena di capelli e di sporcizia in corrispondenza dello scarico … la qual cosa vi qualifica e rende bene l’idea dell’attendibilità di quello che scrivete. In tanti anni non ci era mai capitato di avere ospiti come voi … doveva capitare prima o poi … a mai più rivederci.
