Villa Eracle is a bright and elegant three-story villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Eracle you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Chianti hills and of the vineyards. Villa Eracle is 240 square meters (2600 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Gaiole in Chianti, where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Villa Eracle from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Eracle you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Eracle is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

Villa Eracle is surrounded by a large garden from where you will enjoy the view of the broad expanse of greenery mixed with yellow nuances that surrounds the villa. All contributes to render this place charming and suggestive: the hills, the olive trees, the elegant and ordered vineyards.

This marvelous garden hides numerous wonders: in a panoramic corner you will find a private pool and Finnish sauna.

The owners of Villa Eracle own a small farmhouse near the villa where the cellar has been elegantly turned into a restaurant where you can have your breakfast or enjoy a simple yet sophisticated dinner. Also on the farmhouse grounds, completely open to Villa Eracle's guests, are a tennis court and a small lake, where you can admire the small animals that freely populate the area: swans, ducks, cashmere goats. All is peaceful and restful and you will feel extremely happy of spending your vacation right here.

Also, if you would like to, you might be able to take part in the activities of the farmhouse such as the production of Chianti wines and extra virgin olive oil, which you will also be able to purchase.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and four deck chairs. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the Chianti hills and of the vineyards. The pool is open from the end of April until mid-September.

Garden

The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue.

Wellness room with bathroom

You will be able to enter the wellness room from the swimming pool area. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

Ground FloorLiving Room

The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a wood sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Dining Room

You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through two French doors. The room has a large panoramic arched window. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
