Paxos StoneHouse is an early 19th century stone house fully restored and renovated into a light, bright, spacious and open plan contemporary holiday home. Discreetly located on the hillside above Gaios - and looking out over the Ionian sea towards Parga on the Greek mainland - this beautiful contemporary holiday home offers tranquility and seclusion yet easy access to Gaios and its surrounding beaches.

Paxos StoneHouse consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 8 seater dining table, comfortable lounge, three double ensuite bedrooms, a private plunge pool and a multitude of terraces offering abundant outdoor dining, relaxation and sunbathing.

Two of the double ensuite bedrooms are accessed from the elevated living area; both have queen sized beds [One can be made up with 2 x single beds] and compact ensuite toilet / basin / shower rooms. The third double bedroom - located beneath the living area via a private entrance - is a spacious studio bedroom with queen sized bed, dressing area, Victorian claw foot tub, shower, double basin and private toilet. It's private patio provides a perfect tranquil retreat for reading, relaxing and rejuvenation.

Paxos StoneHouse is surrounded by a range of terraced patios providing ample space for outdoor dining, sunbathing or simple relaxation in the sun.

The plunge pool - located on the lower patio - provides an opportunity to cool woff whilst gazing over the Ionian ocean towards the Greek mainland.

Paxos StoneHouse provides private / reserved off street parking for 1 or 2 small cars or a mixture of small car, quad bikes, scooters &/or bicycles via an off road parking platform. When parking vehicles it is essential the neighbours entrance gates are not blocked!

The house is situated between the villages of Veliantatika and Ozias, just above the main port of Gaios; located in a quiet residential district and to respect the neighbours tranquility noise is to be kept to a reasonable minimum at all times and no loud music / noise after 10pm.

Gaios is the closest port [About 1.5km - 5 minute drive / 20 minute walk].

The ports of Loggos and Lakka are both about 8km north [About 20 minute drive].

The closest beaches are Bartek & Plakes Beaches; both are located just outside Gaois on the road towards Mongonissi Beach [About 2km - 10 minute drive / 30 minute walk], Avlaki Beach [About 2.5km - 10 minute drive / 30 minute walk] and Mongonissi Beach [4km - 10 minute drive / 45 minute walk].

The closest bars and restaurants are Paxos Club Resort and Restaurant Vontza [About 800m - 10 minute walk / 3 minute drive]

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
