It is ideally situated in a quiet, secure neighbourhood containing many professionals -owned properties, approximately 100m inland from Karapitiya Teaching Hospital & Ruhuna Medical Faculty.You can reach to the Galle Town & Dutch Fort with in 10mints.The property is Ideal for a Elective students who are coming to Teaching Hospital & Ruhuna Medical Faculty Karapitiya.It is also suitable for Solo Travelers, Volunteers & Foriegners who are willing to stay out of busy town.

Accommodation will be provided only for foreigners .

You can prepare your food at the well-equipped kitchen. Fresh food can be purchased from market including various types of fish,prawns,crabs,meat etc.

Food delivery services are available fro KFC,Pizza Hut & Local Restaurants.A branch of a famous SriLankan food chain P & S is located at a walking distance.You can go there for breakfast ,lunch , & even for a snack .You can have traditional SriLankan rice & curry ,fried rice in a Chinese way at a fixed price. A government run live action vegetarian restaurant is also located at very closely .You can see how varies types of traditional SriLankan food are made.

You can watch the action of the birds of the garden with a gin and tonic or cold beer, of course!.

All facilities including a kitchen with a fridge, gas cooker, toaster, coffee /tea making facilities & basic utensils are available. Hot water shower facility is available.

Why can't I call Rajitha (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rajitha (the owner) a message.

If Rajitha (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
