Rent apartment in a newly built villa, completely independent in order to ensure maximum privacy and relaxation. Located 7 km away from Gallipoli, the apartment is on the ground floor and has a large outdoor area furnished with the relevant laundry. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a spacious double bedroom, bunk bed, fitted kitchen, large en suite bathroom, TV in the bedroom, WI-FI, air conditioning, private garden with gazebo, table and barbecue, separate laundry room, private parking and enclosed, access with automatic gate. All spaces are elegantly furnished, comfortable and very bright, with heating and air conditioning. The garden is testimony to the typical flora of Salento: you can see olive trees, beautiful plants and flowers, where guests can enjoy pleasant and relaxing atmosphere that only the country can offer. The apartment is located in a strategic point: the main attractions of Salento are easily accessible.

Gentile cliente, Sono veramente sorpreso dalla sua recensione, poiché nel momento in cui siete andati via, eravate molto contenti, tanto da dire che sareste tornati nel mese di settembre. La vostra unica insoddisfazione iniziale era legata al fatto che non ci fosse la "TV raum" (stanza tv), che era stata indicata nella descrizione dalla traduzione in tedesco fatta da tripadvisor stesso. Ma, conoscendo molto bene anche l'italiano, avreste tranquillamente potuto vedere che nella descrizione italiana era ben indicato che c'era la tv in camera e non la stanza tv. Avete avuto modo anche di parlare con l'assistenza clienti di Tripadvisor che ha confermato il LORO errore nella traduzione ma che, comunque, la sistemazione era molto chiara e ben visibile dalle numerose foto e dalla descrizione presenti sul nostro annuncio. Sono quindi rimasto molto perplesso nel leggere che avete avuto la necessità di trovare un'altra sistemazione per 7 giorni, quando in realtà avete soggiornato per l'INTERO PERIODO presso la nostra struttura, rimanendo molto soddisfatti sia dalla tranquillità che garantisce il posto, sia da tutto ciò che avete avuto a disposizione (giardino, lavanderia, etc). Inoltre, abbiamo avuto la premura anche di farvi trovare la macchina del caffè americano di cui avevate bisogno, acquistata appositamente per vostro conto. Leggere la vostra recensione ci lascia quindi l'amaro in bocca perchè abbiamo fatto di tutto per farvi trovare la struttura perfettamente pulita e sistemata, con tutta le stoviglie in vetro, biancheria, prodotti per l'igiene della casa, ma anche biscotti, acqua e bevande fresche al vostro arrivo. Spero che conserviate la foto che avete voluto fare insieme a noi prima di partire perché "volevate conservare il bel ricordo di questa bella vacanza". Cordiali saluti.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Salvatore (the owner) a message.

If Salvatore (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
