Target, The Beach House is a Luxury new beachside cottage in Pointe West Resort. Stunning views of the Gulf and Bay. The property is a very short walk to the protected beach where you and your children can play on a private beach. There are chairs, & beach toys. Downstairs is a picnic table that looks out on the lagoon. Balconies off the bedrooms and kitchen make the perfect place to enjoy the sunset & a glass of wine. For those who cannot leave their work behind this home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet service.

Pointe West stretches across more than a thousand acres on the western tip of Galveston Island. It is the Islands' only resort-style community on such a grand scale. Beachside amenities include the Sunset Beach Club, Topsiders Lounge, Breezes Cafe, a breathtaking infinity pool with cabanas and a BBQ area, a game room, and a fitness center. Bayside at Pointe West offers trails for walking and biking, fishing, crabbing, and bird watching. Something for everyone to enjoy at the Beachside Club located on the Gulf.

There will be a wristband fee to access the Beach Club during peak season – Beach Club bands will be $25.00 per person for all aged 4 and over (For the Whole Stay). During the off-peak season – September 16th to February 28th; Beach Club wristbands will be free (Max. 9 as per the association policy which allows 3 wristbands per room). Point West is just 20 minutes from Galveston, this is a very quiet area with resort amenities. The fishing at San Luis Pass is among the best in Texas. Renters have access to the resort - beachside pool, restaurant and bar, fitness room, and bayside pool with lazy river feature.

All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maryeli (the owner) a message.

If Maryeli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
