This lovely holiday villa in Tuscany is at only 18 km from medieval towered San Gimignano and 28 km from picturesque Volterra.

Once an ancient farmhouse, today the building has been divided into two semi-detached houses, with the owners living in one in respect of guests' privacy but always available for any possible requirements as well as offering their own wine and olive oil tastings.

The holiday house is 120 sq mt and on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed for one person, sat-TV and dining-area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet with washing machine. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, another bedroom with three single beds (also possible a double bed plus a single) and a bathroom fitted out with shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning. Also available internet connection.

Outside there is a pretty garden fully equipped with outdoor furniture, a covered porch, and a barbecue, as well as a swimming pool (10x6 mt) open from May to October.

At only a km from the centre of the charming medieval village, the nearest restaurant is at ca. 500 mt. Shops in Gambassi 1 km. At only 7 km from Montaione, considered the heart of Tuscany, this holiday home is perfectly centred for visiting most art centres such Florence (49 km), Siena(52 km), Pisa (60 km) and Lucca (65 km). The ideal location for those wishing to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation as well as for those with cultural and art interests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
