Entrando nell'appartamento si accede al soggiorno con ampio camino antico, Tv a schermo piatto e un comodo divano letto in cui possono dormire comodamente 2 persone adulte. Proseguendo si entra nella cucina con angolo cottura e forno, ampio frigorifero con congelatore, lavastoviglie, piccolo ripostiglio e tavolo da pranzo tutto in stile rustico toscano. L’appartamento è inoltre dotato di una stufa a pallet termo-idraulica che consente il riscaldamento di tutta la casa anche nei mesi più freddi. Dal soggiorno si entra in un piccolo disimpegno e da qui si accede sia al bagno con doccia, specchio e servizi, anch’esso con un arredamento tipicamente rustico toscano, sia alla camera da letto matrimoniale dotata di un armadio con appendiabiti e di una grande finestra che trasmette molta luce alla stanza. Tutto l’appartamento è caratterizzato dai bellissimi soffitti in cotto e travi di legno ed arredato seguendo lo stile ed il gusto delle case toscane. Quest’immobile fa parte di un complesso turistico comprendente 4 appartamenti, è dotato di un ampio giardino con prato e alberi e dispone di ampio parcheggio privato. Spazio giochi per bambini, barbecue, e tavoli per mangiare all’aria aperta completano i servizi offerti. L’immobile è stato ristrutturato completamente nel 2016 .

The Alloro apartment is located on the first floor of the main building of the resort, it has an area of 60 square meters and consists of 3 rooms. It is accessed from the beautiful stone staircase that ends in patio with table and chairs with views of the garden and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Upon entering the apartment you enter in the living room with large antique fireplace, flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed which can comfortably sleep two adults. Continuing you enter the kitchen with cookers and oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, small storage room and dining table all in Tuscan style. The apartment is also equipped with a pallet stove thermo-hydraulic which allows heating of the whole house even in the coldest months. From the living room you enter a small hallway and there is access to the bathroom with shower, mirror and services, also with a typically rustic Tuscan décor, and also the bedroom with a double bed, in the room there is a closet with hangers and a large window that transmits plenty of light to the room. The entire apartment is characterized by the beautiful brick ceilings and wooden beams and furnished in the style and taste of Tuscan houses. This property is part of a tourist complex comprising 4 apartments, it features a large garden with lawn and trees and has ample parking. Children's playground, barbecue and tables for outdoor dining complete the services offered. The property was completely renovated in 2016.
