123Vyfer is 60m from the rocky shoreline of De Kelders, Gansbaai with an open plots directly in front of the apartment. We offer a spacious (100 m2) and clean 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with partial sea views as can be seen in the first photo or two. During whale season (May till November) the whales can clearly be heard from within the apartment and the sound of birds chirping with the roaring ocean will greet you as you enjoy your morning coffee on the patio.

123Vyfer is especially suited for longer stays and is equipped with all the amenities of a modern home. To ensure maximum comfort and convenience we offer:

- Extensively equipped kitchen with gas top, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

De Kelders one of Gansbaai's many neighborhoods and is safe, tranquil and quiet. Guests described De Kelders as a perfect base from where to explore the magnificent Walker Bay area and the bigger Overberg district.

Exploring the immediate area by walking is a general pastime enjoyed by all, whether it is short walks on comfortable, paved pathways along the rocky shore or longer hiking trails. Beautiful caves, hiking and walking trails at Walker Bay Nature Reserve are walking distance from the apartment.

Other local activities include a visit to Dyer Island Nature Reserve, Dyer Island Penguin Colony, shark cage diving & watching the whales during mating and calving season. Whale watching trips by boat are very popular.

123Vyfer is under 2 hours drive from Cape Town International Airport, 30 min from Hermanus, 15 min from Stanford and within walking distance from Die Plaat/Walker Bay Nature reserve with its uninterrupted 22km white sandy beach, stunning rock pools and sand dunes. 4km away is Gansbaai where you can find shops, restaurants and stock up on groceries.

It is preferable to have your own car. Alternatively a shuttle service from Cape Town International airport to Gansbaai is available.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
